So it's a brand new year, although it really doesn't feel like one.
Not a fantastic start to 2007 anyways, I've got the flu...so that really sucks.
But at least I'm getting better and I think I can go back to work tomorrow! :D
Have been quite lazy during the holidays...watched all of Season 1 of 24 and have almost finished Season 1 of Lost.
Can definitely say that I like 24 a lot better! Jack Bauer is awesome.
I went shopping with Mum and Sharon on New Years Eve. I finally found a skirt I like a lot, I got a green turtleneck, and a tweed blazer that has removeable fur around the collar. and all for less than 120 dollars! I like sales when they are actually worthwhile.
Our hot water is broken because a pipe cracked, so I haven't had a shower since Tuesday night. Gross. I guess it's a good thing I'm at home instead of going to work.
The OC was cancelled, which is sad. I like that show a lot. But I miss when everyone used to watch it. That was fun.

Not having to go to school is really wonderful. I went shopping yesterday, with my mum and Grama at Metrotown. I think maybe that mall is too big. We didn't even get through half of it and then we had to leave! We also went to the Roots factory store. They have a lot of stuff with good prices there...I didn't get anything though. I got two shirts from Suzy Sheir though. And a Lizzie Mcguire shirt from the Disney Store, hehehehe. It makes me look like I'm 11. We went to Boston Pizza for lunch and I had my regular Great White North pizza. Mmm so good! When I got home, I went to the movie store with Dad and rented Pretty Woman, What Women Want, and That Thing You Do. Then Corey, Alana, Sandy, and Simon came over and we watched Pretty Woman. It was fun, and there was the Frog of Purity, hahahaha.

During the night, my eyes were really itchy cause I forgot to get the mascara off last night. This is the part where the studio audience yells "STUPID JACK!" lol. I might go to Ikea today! Woo! There goes my plan to sew my pillows. Ah well, I'll get to it eventually!

OK, I’m going to do a summary of last weekend and the week. I already did in my real journal, but I figured I’d put it in here too. Won’t be very detailed though…lol if you want details read Corey’s journal :P

Friday after school, I left with Corey and his family for Silverstar! YAY! My family came after school to take my school things home, give me food, and say goodbye. Then we went to Corey’s house to load everything into the two vans and then we left! We stopped at the gas station on the way and Corey bought a disgusting amount of candy and iced tea :P I can’t remember what we did on the way up…OH, listened to Elton John I think!! Yes, and then Corey fell asleep and his head was bobbing around. We went to Wendy’s for dinner and I decided to try something new, so I had a mandarin chicken salad. It was really good until all the chicken was gone. Then it was just lettuce. So I kept eating the lettuce but none of it was going away…more kept reappearing. It was magic. Then we went to a hotel in Salmon Arm and we looked at the pool and hottub but didn’t go in. I called my parents from the lobby and then we went to the room and went to sleep! Haha, and Corey’s parents thought he was jumping from my bed to the other one just as they walked in the door…it was hilarious.

In the morning we went to Tim Horton’s and then drove up the mountain. We boarded till lunch and then had bunny pasta. Then boarded till 3:30 and watched Breakfast at Tiffany’s and The Glass House. Sunday I boarded till lunch and then stayed in the cabin in the afternoon and slept. Then Corey and everyone came back and we watched Bend it like Beckham. Thennnn we had steak for dinner and then watched Equilibrium, and part of Philosopher’s Stone and went in the hottub. Hehehe yay hottubs ;)

In the morning, I left with Nicole and Mrs Goosney at 9:30. We went into the village and then left to drive home. We stopped at some mall and I walked around in my snowboard boots. So attractive :P We went to Whitespot for lunch and I bought chocolate at the gas station there. I like chocolate. When I got home I just went on the comp, showered, and slept and stuff.

Tuesday night, Alana and Corey came over and we watched Panic Room. That’s all I remember about Tuesday.

Wednesday I went to Corey’s house at 2ish and we watched Under the Tuscan Sun and The Core. And we walked and got icecream.

Thursday I don’t remember anything.

Friday I saw Agent Cody Banks 2 with Corey, Geordie, Nathan, and Kelly. It was fun. The movie wasn’t that great but the company was, haha.

Ahhhhh so sick and stressed! It's completely horrible. And I'm not getting any better, because it's impossible to rest when I keep thinking about everything I'm missing. I'm gonna make a list of quizzes/test/rewrites that I have to do in the next two days.

la la la....it's Tuesday morning at 9:03am and I'm home cause I have a cold. Yuck. I have GOT to get better before Friday!! AHH Friday! hehe exciting :) Last night we went out for dinner at the Bavaria House. It was interesting. The waitress was so funny. And me and Geordie were speaking French the whole time. Yesterday I also went to the dentist. I HATE THE DENTIST!!! Well I don't mind going usually, but this new dentist we have is horrible. We had to wait for an HOUR, and then they made my teeth be in pain all night long, and they didn't even give me a toothbrush! I was at the dentist from like, 3-5 just for a cleaning. SO boring! So my new favourite song (besides New Frontier of course) is That Thing You Do by The Wonders. It's from the movie. It's such a fun upbeat song! Ohhhh BOY, today was FUN! I can't remember what we did at school. After school I went to Superstore with my mum and got a chocolate croissant thing...mmm yum. Then I went shopping with Hez. Then we went with her mum to KFC and I had a twister wrap thing. It was really good. Then I came home, and Corey came over! We went to the video store and rented Swimfan and had pink tea :P Then Simon showed up with food! So he watched the end of the movie with us and then we just hung around. Then they left to play video games and I went with my mum to pick my brother up from his party. Life is good. These song lyrics aren't in order. Frank sings it...it's called "It Had To Be You". They play it in some Doris Day movie. Anyways, I like it. Rod Stewart sings it too.

Just got back from Geordie's rugby game. haha try/tri...so illogical. I got 50/50 on my French quiz, yay! I bought a cookie. Didn't do any work in Socials. Found a nifty sig fig calculator on my graphing calculator. I'm going to Mission tonight. There's a very brief, unorganized summary of the day.
